Xiaoyu Xiong

Ms. Xiaoyu Xiong is the Vice Dean for administrative, financial, human resource management, and student affairs at Wuhan University China Institute of Boundary and Ocean Studies (CIBOS). She is one of the founders of CIBOS and the International Water Law Academy. Prior to joining CIBOS, she worked at the President’s Office of Wuhan University for eight years. She obtained her BA and MA in journalism and communication at Wuhan University.
