Dr. Su Tu is an Affiliate Member of our Academy and a research fellow at the Collaborative Innovation Center for Territorial Sovereignty and Maritime Rights (CICTSMR）of Wuhan University. She also works as the director of the editorial department for the Journal of Boundary and Ocean Studies.

Dr. Su Tu obtained her bachelor's degree from Hubei University, and her master and Ph.D. from Wuhan University. She is currently a research fellow at the Collaborative Innovation Center for Territorial Sovereignty and Maritime Rights (CICTSMR）of Wuhan University. She also works as the director of the editorial department for the Journal of Boundary and Ocean Studies. Her research focuses on conflict and cooperation in international river basins, water security and water diplomacy. She has published a book and many journal papers.
